Admission 2017

From 20 June 2018 ISPHA starts admission process for fee-based MPH training which starts on 24 September 2018.

Length of education - 2 years (full time).

New deadline for foreign applications is 01 July 2018. (to be able to provide invitations for visa in time)

Entrance test date is 22 September 2018 (10.00, aud. 1163).

Please, note that education in English will started if we will be able to recruite 10 or more english speaking students!!!!

Application form

Obligatory requirements for all applicants:

I. Higher education:

A) Diploma of higher education (Specialist’s, Bachelor's or Master’s degree) certifying completion of at least four years of training in one of the health-related specialties: General medicine, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Nursing, Preventive Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical Biochemistry, Medical Biophysics or Medical Cybernetics, Social Work, and Psychology;

B) Bachelor's or Master’s degree (at least four years of higher education) in one of following specialties: Pedagogics, Economics, Management, Law, Political Science, Journalism, Statistics, Information Systems and Technologies.

II. Proficiency in English

Fluent English is the obligatory prerequisite for admission to ISPHA, which should be confirmed by of the following tests: TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate, MELAB. Minimum requirement - at least 60% score on any of the three tests.

NB! ISPHA applicants who cannot submit any of the abovementioned certificates, can get their English skills tested at admission. Testing is performed in groups or individually. The date for the testing can be set by contacting ISPHA administration.

Submission of applications

To become a candidate for admission to ISPHA it is necessary:

1.To fill out the application for master training form.

2. To submit the form with necessary attachments electronically to ispha@nsmu.ru or by fax to the number +7 (8182) 206201.

Necessary attachments to the application form: copy of passport (main pages), copy diploma of higher education (Specialist’s, Bachelor's or Master’s degree) certifying completion of at least four years of training in the field of health-related or social sciences.

Procedure for the legalization of documents on education received outside the Russian Federation

Legalization of educational documents is legally admissible evidence of their identity by state authorities of the country, the school which is issued a document (diploma, certificate, certificate and so on. N.) Of the completion of the formation of a certain level, as well as an annex to the document on education indicating the subjects studied and the estimates.

Signature and seal of the state of the country, the school which gives education document, confirmed by the seal of the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Russian Federation.

For countries - members of the Hague Convention of 1961 a simplified procedure of legalization of documents on education is provided by stamping «Apostille» without the participation of the consular department of the Russian Embassy.

The list of documents required for admission upon arrival

Original passport;
Original of the Diploma of higher education (Specialist’s, Bachelor's or Master’s degree) certifying completion of at least four years of training in one of the health-related specialties. The diploma should be formally legalized in the country of issue;
Original medical documentation certifying absence of HIV;
8 photos, size 3cm*4cm (color/black and white).
